Exclusive Distribution Agreement Signed between LK Technology Co., Ltd. and Prosperity Group<\/h3>\n

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam \u2013 October 2025<\/strong> \u2013 LK Technology Co., Ltd., led by CEO Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoang<\/strong>, has officially signed an Exclusive Distribution Agreement<\/strong> with Prosperity Group<\/strong>, represented by CEO Mr. Jack Chong<\/strong>, for the distribution and promotion of Traxon Technologies<\/strong> and e:cue Lighting Control<\/strong> solutions in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

Effective from October 2025, this agreement positions LK Technology as the exclusive distributor of Traxon Dynamic Lighting, Traxon General Lighting, and e:cue Lighting Controls in Vietnam, and as a non-exclusive distributor for selected OSRAM General Lighting Products. The exclusivity also covers Cambodia, strengthening LK Technology\u2019s role as a leading provider of architectural and professional lighting in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n
